Hi, I’m Boris Pieske, Director of Level Developments.

After finishing formal qualifications, Bachelor of Construction Management at RMIT in 1997, I started work as a Site Foreman for my father’s construction company. Building homes in Brighton and Toorak lead my desire to focus on the high end architecturally designed residential homes. A two-year joint partnership with Basement Construction resulted in a thorough understanding of foundations and basement design. In 2007 I established Level Developments and gained my Residential Building license – and since worked on some of Melbourne’s most substantial homes. My hands-on experience distinguishes me from other builders and reflects on the detailed finishes achieved. See Testimonials for recommendations.
