The ultimate in high-end domestic construction. Set on over 4000 square meters of land, my father Uwe Pieske and I, constructed a premium 200 square house and associated works within a time frame of only 13 months. At the peak of construction, over 70 workers on site at any one time.
Features included full C-BUS and home automation, indoor pool, roof deck, ornate GRC mouldings, private guest house and separate garage, water storage and 65m water bore, copper clad pool house. Construction is solid brick construction to the ground floor, with hollow core plank suspended slab and brick veneer to the first floor. This project is special in the fact that the client, was a resident of the UK whilst we built this property and saw it only twice during the construction.
